Root Canal Therapy

When a cavity decays deep inside the tooth, it can often allow bacteria to irritate the nerve. This can be quite painful, and the only way to save the tooth is a root canal treatment.

Often referred to as endodontic treatment, this procedure removes infection from the innermost
part of the tooth, thoroughly cleaning the chambers and root canals, and finally filling and sealing
the canals.

Our professionals will identify if a root canal is necessary through consultation and x-rays. Patients
will receive a thorough walk-through of the procedure, including potential complications and
alternate treatment options if they’re available.

Patients can expect treatments to take up to 2 visits, however there are times when treatment is
completed in a single sitting.

For most people, the thought of a Root Canal can be quite frightening. Don’t be scared! Our expert
team is trained to perform a typically pain free procedure, with minimal discomfort afterwards.
Eliminating unwanted tooth pain and saving your tooth is our top priority.

Do you have tooth pain? A consultation with our dentists will help you discover the cause and
treatment, leading you down the path to a painless, healthy smile.
